If you're looking for a dog-friendly coastal escape, Milford-on-Sea is hard to beat. We have two properties right on the Shorefield holiday park — a two-bedroom lodge and a three-bedroom caravan — both dog-friendly and both perfectly placed for beach walks, New Forest adventures and everything the Hampshire coast has to offer.

Dog walks on your doorstep

Milford-on-Sea and the surrounding area is one of the best parts of the country for dog walking. You're spoilt for choice:

- Milford-on-Sea beach — a stunning shingle beach with open views across to the Isle of Wight, perfect for a run along the shore
- Shorefield Country Park — beautiful grounds with plenty of space to explore straight from your lodge or caravan
- The New Forest National Park — just a short drive away, with hundreds of miles of trails through ancient woodland, open heathland and forest tracks. One of the best places in England to walk a dog
- Hurst Castle and Hurst Spit — a spectacular coastal walk along the shingle spit to the historic castle, with big skies and sea views all the way

What to expect

Both properties are on Shorefield Country Park, which is a well-run, well-maintained site with shared outdoor space throughout. We ask that dogs are kept on leads in communal areas and are not left unattended in the properties, but beyond that, we just want you and your dogs to have a brilliant time.
