Positive: We visited during a heatwave and the property had three fans available which were beneficial during our stay.
Host easy to contact and replied promptly.
Negative: Communal areas dirty and run down. Next to a busy road therefore noisy. Flat dirty and in need of some updating.

We had a lovely stay, it was great to have tea, coffee, sugar etc made our stay easier.
Positive: Property was nice, comfortable and clean.
Negative: Bathroom door is very squeaky

Negative: A slip mat in the bath and a suction grab handle would make taking a shower 🚿 safer.
