Lovely. Would book again if upthat way x Positive: Comfortable and everything we needed. Kitchen well equipped. Negative: I wouldn’t say anything. It was perfect for a weekend away and supermarket 3 minute drive away. 11 mins drive into Leamington Spa and 30 mins drive to Stratford upon Avon. If I had to say any negative which isn’t really a negative is it was quite cold downstairs but really warm upstairs.

Perfect for what we needed Positive: The property was well equipped and had a few nice touches to it. It was clean and was in a nice quiet area

Comfortable, clean and local Positive: Location was good near town centre and ideal for us Negative: Booking and Comms impersonal -we had several messages saying that we requested a later check in and it would cost and we didn’t. We are very local to the property that we used for family members and told the hosts that. Our daughter is wedding manager at the local hotel referenced by the property but no personal communication was made which might have helped the hosts in future - all very automated - but it was ok for us to manage
