Great location and all amenities that you could need for a comfortable stay. Spacious living area and decent size bedroo Positive: Great location for where we needed to be. Lovely & spacious living room. All the amenities you could possibly need (a part from a plug to wash the dishes) but great facilities, even a highchair, cot and baby gates. Hosts were very efficient. Great value for money. Loved the booklet on the house and area, very informative. Negative: It could have been cleaner, many cobwebs and dust, the outdoor area is great addition but the grass area was uncut and the furniture had cobwebs/dirty.

Sorry not for us needs TLC Positive: Only a short walk to shops, nice area to walk the dog Comfortable beds. Negative: Bathroom has had a leak, shower screen seal needs replacing, property needs decorating, owners did say jobs would be done in winter months, also £35 is very expensive for a dog for 2 nights,

Lovely. Would book again if upthat way x Positive: Comfortable and everything we needed. Kitchen well equipped. Negative: I wouldn’t say anything. It was perfect for a weekend away and supermarket 3 minute drive away. 11 mins drive into Leamington Spa and 30 mins drive to Stratford upon Avon. If I had to say any negative which isn’t really a negative is it was quite cold downstairs but really warm upstairs.
