Inside the property was clean and adequately equipped, although there is not enough room for all the guests to eat or to sit comfortably together (and the sofa is tired).Outside the property the area is litter strewn and not at all welcoming.

Good place for a large group Positive: Well equipped and great that each room had its own bathroom Negative: Not easy to park as in a built up area and some roads were parking permit only. Also whilst this property was nice, the neighbours were not. There was no noise at all from them so no issue but it was a bit of a surprise when the outside area didn’t match the interior standard.

Great location, very nice house and perfect for the NEC. Positive: Really nice decor throughout, very clean, great location for the NEC and local National Trust houses. Easy to drive around Coventry to get where we needed to go. Parking is fine down Counden Street (a couple of streets away, not far). Felt safe and met some lovely people in the neighbourhood. Negative: No chance of parking outside the house, which meant lugging the bags in and out, but Counden Street was fine.

Every thing was done on line and as 78 yr olds we are not as tec savvy as the students we suspect the property was geared up for. Luckily our family are. Seatting area cramped & sofa uncomfortable automatic shower room light often left one in the dark

Perfect for contractors or professionals or a group night out Positive: Working togeather all day it's great to have your own space with a tv and ensuite in every bedroom Negative: I found no faults I have stayed a few times and found it excellent
