Great property. Well equipped, great size and comfortable beds. Welcome booklet was really helpful and house had bits in the kitchen to help e.g. oil, salt, pepper. Easy 15 minute walk into centre of Southam.

Positive: Location was good for what we needed, unusual location for holiday rental. Negative: Having to leave !!!!!!

It was everything we needed Positive: It was located brilliantly for us, my daughter got married in the area and we needed somewhere to go from. It accomodated my family and bridesmaids getting ready beautifully. It helped make the whole weekend magical. Negative: I booked to have an extra hour for the Sunday morning but the cleaning staff arrived early, she was very understanding and waited patiently for us, but it did put us under a bit of pressure. However it certainly wouldnt stop me evrr using 5 Marston Croft again.
