Luxury Stockton Studio Rooms, Free WiFi & Parking

Loved it Positive: Large room, excellent en-suite, huge shower, plenty of storage,very clean, bed too hard for us but that’s a personal choice. After a long walk this was a perfect base for the night. Negative: After booking I received emails from the owner asking for my card details to pay a damage deposit, then I received emails from booking.com saying there was an attempted security breach and be wary of bogus emails , they’d changed my PIN number. I sent a message to the owner via booking.com to clarify the email id responded to was genuine and it was, thankfully!! I think the owners and booking.com need to address this issue so it doesn’t happen, it caused unnecessary stress, thinking someone had gained access to my card details.

Positive: Good location for what we needed. Easy access to parking outside the door. Cafe opposite was a bonus.

Modern studio room, exceptionally clean and comfortable with convenient parking. Positive: Stayed last year and liked the modern decoration and cosy atmosphere, also parking good. Negative: Got a bit confused about filling in another form.
