Luxury Stockton Studio Rooms, Free WiFi & Parking

NO PARKING OR WIFI... very disappointing Positive: location was fine for our weekend event. The apartment was neat and clean but definitely NOT LUXURIOUS. There were several simple improvements which could be made eg provide smaller kettle to go under the tap, There was a lot of extra paper work "required by law" that we have never been asked for by any Booking.com bookings before. So much that we wondered if it was a scam. Negative: Feud between the pub, the cafe and the apartments over parking needs immediate action. Verbal abuse from the cafe owner was unacceptable, as was the Karoke going on well after 12.30, and the hooting and shouting in the car park that followed. There was a unlicenced car dumped outside our apartment, which should have been noticed when the appartment was set up for our use. There was NO WIFI all weekend. the owners said it was a fault in the road, but we believe it was the router.

Just perfect. Positive: Just perfectly kitted with hair dryer, soap/shampoo and coffee and tasteful interior! And right opposite is a very nice little cafe with fresh bread and breakfast in the morning! Negative: N/A

Comfortable and clean stay Positive: Very clean and comfortable stay, convenient location for our visit to family. Nice shower, and a big cupboard, comfy bed. Negative: The parking situation was a bit of a pain. All spaces for the accommodation taken up by visitors to the pub on both evenings we stayed and limited other options as the road was also heaving with cars, particularly on Saturday night.
