Sorry not for us needs TLC
Positive: Only a short walk to shops, nice area to walk the dog Comfortable beds.
Negative: Bathroom has had a leak, shower screen seal needs replacing, property needs decorating, owners did say jobs would be done in winter months, also £35 is very expensive for a dog for 2 nights,

Positive: Comfortable and everything we needed. Kitchen well equipped.
Negative: I wouldn’t say anything. It was perfect for a weekend away and supermarket 3 minute drive away. 11 mins drive into Leamington Spa and 30 mins drive to Stratford upon Avon. If I had to say any negative which isn’t really a negative is it was quite cold downstairs but really warm upstairs.
