Bugs in the sofa bed Positive: The property was fairly well located for us in particular because it was a 4 minute drive to Warwick university but otherwise the area was quiet. Negative: We had a problem with one room in particular, the sofa bed in the lounge had some type of bugs, some were dead and a few were alive. We had to close that room off completely and check the rest of the property. This wasn’t helpful because we were 3 adults and 3 children and we could only use the kitchen dining area to sit, not comfortable. In fact it was difficult to sleep at night and too late to move anywhere else with the little ones. Staff were unhelpful, all I got was an email to say we can send a cleaner over. I e asked them not to bother, we wouldn’t use that room even if they did clean it. I was expecting some sort of discount to the amount I spent on the property, after all I was one room down but no one got back to me. Wouldn’t be staying there again which is a shame really.

Positive: Good location near Warwick University

The house was true to pictures and descriptions on the website. It was clean and cozy. Location was convenient. Would recommend it.
