Very basic accommodation, no way closer to the highest standard they claim! Positive: Location, decor, check in Negative: It's no way close to the premium service level they claim. Stained sofa, dirty carpet, no toiletries (shower gel, shampoo). No response from the host when this was communicated during my stay. I was asked for extra payment to get a high chair for my toddler which is so basic.

Nice Positive: Lovely property, clean, enough room for all of us. Negative: No indication which parking space we could park in. We got a passive aggressive note left on our car by a neighbour who said parking was allocated but the spaces aren’t numbered so how were we supposed to know?
